SUPER RUDE staff. They take your order wrong or you have to repeat it several times. They take a while to deliver your order even if there are no other people and they often forget things about the order. They do not give you a glass of water even if you have made a purchase. They also don't clean the tables because they often have trash (I know we all have to pick up our places but they have to check that).

1) They do not respect the schedules marked from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 2)The drive thru is not open every day, only when they feel like it 3)The attention from the staff is not the best, you have to repeat the order several times. 4)Orders are repeatedly delivered with errors, you have to be very aware of the products that are delivered 5) Several times payment methods are limited to cash payment. 6)It bothers them that you want to recharge using a QR code and they mention that it is because it is more difficult for them to charge this way. 7) They ask you when you arrive at the window to pick up your drive thru order, to go back behind the roof where the delivery is made for some reason and wait there until they come out with the order. 8)The quality of the products is poor, cold drinks (delivered warm with little ice), hot foods (cold from the center), coffee (diluted), etc...

You always want to use the drive thru because it's supposed to be more convenient and faster, but this one has always left me disappointed. The first time I went, they gave us bad drinks. A few days ago I wanted to give it another chance, but everything was wrong. They didn't have two foods that I asked about and when they gave us the order, they gave it to us incomplete. I had to take the balled-up ticket out of my bag to show them that it was missing because no one remembered when they took our order 5 minutes before. The girls are very clueless. If you are going here, take the time to come in and place your order at the counter.
